Situated on the first (upper) floor of the complex are the following facilities suited to a variety of uses and configurations. Access via stairs or the lift allows for easy movement of both guests and equipment:
The Martin Biss Boardroom:
A comfortable private boardroom with kitchenette ideal for business meetings of up to 14 delegates seated around our board table.
With a microwave, refrigerator, crockery, cutlery, glassware and kitchen bench space this room is well suited for private or corporate gatherings.
This handy “break out” area is suitable for product launches, cocktail parties for around 50 guests, casual get togethers or as an intimate dining space for up to 40.
Our largest area with formal dining for up to 90 guests or a more flexible venue for larger social gatherings, conferences, lectures, presentations, product launches, AGMs … this list goes on!
- Sit-down dining for 90 guests.
- Theatre style seating for presentations up to 120 delegates
- Class room lecture setting for 100

The adjoining well-appointed Kitchen provides an excellent facility for your caterer, it’s fully stocked with all the crockery, cutlery, serving and glassware you could need.
